Lost Pet Recovery Specialist

Job Description:
Calling all pet lovers! We are seeking a new Lost Pet Recovery Specialist to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer assistance with reuniting lost and found pets with their families.
This is a fully remote position!

Shift time : 2pm-10pm EST M-F and Weekends 9-8pm EST

Duties Include:
• Assist customers with their questions and lost and found pet submissions via phone during our business and 'emergency hours'
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and maintain customer confidentiality
• Resolve issues in a professional and timely matter and assist with pet registrations
Qualifications and Requirements
• A minimum of 1 year relevant work/customer service experience
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Engaging personality
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
• A love for pets is a major plus!
